Motherhood Doesn't Come With a Manual for Food & Body Image

that's why we created

The Eating Unscripted Club

Box Of Strawberries

Imagine if...

  • You stopped second-guessing every food choice.

  • You felt confident feeding your family without stressing over every ingredient.

  • You knew how to respond when your child says, "Am I fat?"

  • You had a safe place to ask questions without fear of judgment.

  • You had experts in your corner who understand both the science of intuitive eating and the realities of motherhood.

  • You finally found women who "get it."

That's exactly what we're building.

Motherhood changes everything.

Your schedule. Your priorities. Your body. Your relationship with food.

Maybe you've found yourself eating your kids' leftovers because you don't have time for lunch.

Maybe you feel guilty for eating dessert while simultaneously worrying about what your children are learning about food.

Maybe you're exhausted from trying to "do it all" while also trying to be healthy.

Inside the Membership

In The Unscripted Eating Club you will receive:
  • 24/7 access to the community and resources

  • Free trainings specifically for moms involving food, body image, and intuitive eating

  • Live virtual community calls

  • Recorded content (suited for busy moms) with topics ranging from pregnancy to feeding toddlers to talking about body image with your school-aged kids.

  • REAL SUPPORT from REAL MOMS who happen to be Intuitive Eating experts

We're moms.
We know what it's feels like to eat standing at the kitchen counter.
To forget lunch because everyone else came first.
To question our changing bodies.
To wonder if we're accidentally passing food rules on to our kids.
That's why everything we teach is practical, realistic, and designed for family life in the wild, not what's portrayed on social media.
That's what makes our membership different.

This is for you if...

✔ You've tried every nutrition trend and still think about food all day.

✔ You're tired of wondering if you're "doing it right."

✔ You want your children to have a healthier relationship with food than you did.

✔ You feel guilty taking care of yourself.

✔ You want evidence-based support instead of social media opinions.

✔ You'd love to talk with moms who actually understand.

Imagine sitting at dinner without guilt.

Buying clothes because they fit and not because they fit a number.

Trusting your body again.

Watching your children grow up knowing all foods can fit and that their worth has nothing to do with their size.

Healing your own relationship with food may be one of the greatest gifts you ever give your family.

Who We Are

We are two Certified Intuitive Eating Counselors with lived experience in food and body image struggles.  Going against the standard recommendation to "lose some weight," we found ourselves struggling to find a place where we could discuss, teach and connect with others about what health and wellness really means. We joined forces in order to create this exact space; where moms can feel supported, cared for, and capable of breaking free from loathing their bodies, worrying about what they eat, feeling gross/lonely/fat and how to handle food and body issues with their kids.

The first time I remember noticing that my body was “different” was in kindergarten. I was in dance class when I looked around and thought, “The other girls’ butts are so small. How do they not fall into the toilet?” I was five years old. And somehow, that little thought became part of a much bigger story—one where I learned to scrutinize my body, attach morality to food, and believe that being “healthy” meant constantly trying to change myself. I’ve come a long way since then. And the more I learn, the more my heart hurts for the women who are still carrying those same messages from childhood and adolescence. So many of us were taught to dislike our bodies before we were even old enough to understand why. That’s why I do what I do. I’m a Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, a Wellness Coach, and a Body Image Coach. I’m passionate about helping women step away from the constant self-hate, guilt, shame, and food rules—and create a relationship with food, movement, wellness, and their bodies that actually feels freeing. Along side my work, I’m also a wife and mom of two. I know firsthand that life is messy, busy, beautiful, exhausting, and full of seasons where taking care of yourself can feel complicated.

I'm a Food and Body image coach, and a mom of two, with personal experience navigating binge eating, restriction, obsessive clean eating, and overwhelmed with what I fed myself and little ones during pregnancy and early mommyhood. Discovering Intuitive Eating freed me from my intense struggle with food, and inspired me to become a counselor, so I could help other women do the same. I’m also a Specialty Pharmacist, and my approach blends science, psychology, and lived experience to guide you toward a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food.
