When my daughter introduced me to Intuitive Eating a couple years ago, I must admit I was skeptical. I was thinking it was a fancy name for another diet program. Now I have come to learn (and still learning) that IE isn’t a diet plan. It’s a program to learn and understand my body and its requirements to function.

Our Team

We are three Certified Intuitive Eating Coaches from around the U.S. and across the age spectrum. We are using our voices to spread the word to women everywhere that food can be easy, health isn't determined by the number on the scale, and that when we live into the belief that confidence is a choice, not a clothing size, we are capable of anything, or shall we say, everything!
