Whether you join us in a group or work with us one-on-one, our goal is the same: to help you feel at peace with food, at home in your body, and confident in your own choices.

Join a supportive, like-minded community as you learn the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating in a structured, yet nurturing way. Each week, we combine education, practical tools, and live group calls so you can put what you learn into action. You’ll gain the knowledge and encouragement you need, while also connecting with others who truly understand your journey.
If you prefer more personal guidance, we offer individual coaching sessions with either of us. In these private sessions, we’ll work closely with you to address your unique challenges, unpack old dieting beliefs, and create an approach to eating and self-care that feels freeing and sustainable.
Our resource library includes podcasts, books, and articles we've contributed to and love, to help normalize the struggle, reduce shame, and offer a steadier path forward with food and body.
