Who We Are

We are two Certified Intuitive Eating Counselors with lived experience in food and body image struggles.  We joined forces in order to create this exact space; where moms can feel supported, cared for, and capable of breaking free from loathing their bodies, worrying about what they eat, and how to handle food and body issues with their kids. We get it!

I absolutely love health, wellness, and nutrition. But my interest in it began rooted deep in diet culture and body image. The first time I noticed my body was different was in Kindergarten. In dance class I remember thinking, "The other girl's butts are so small. How do they not fall into the toilet?" I’ve come a long way since then, but the fact that so many women are struggling with similar childhood/teenage trauma hurts my heart. I want to help women break free from the constant self-hate and shame. I am also a wife and mom.

I'm a Food and Body image coach, and a mom of two, with personal experience navigating binge eating, restriction, obsessive clean eating, and overwhelmed with what I fed myself and little ones during pregnancy and early mommyhood. Discovering Intuitive Eating freed me from my intense struggle with food, and inspired me to become a counselor, so I could help other women do the same. I’m also a Specialty Pharmacist, and my approach blends science, psychology, and lived experience to guide you toward a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food.
