You often feel yourself falling into old thought and behavior patterns, frequently have a hard time accepting and respecting your body as it is, and sometimes feel like another diet might be what’s needed despite knowing it’s not likely to solve your problems. It takes a lot of conscious effort to lean into new ways of relating to food and your body, and you know deep down that you’d really benefit from the support of a loving community. 

 

The accountability and guided focus that a group program provides is exactly the container you need to allow yourself the space and grace to continue to practice what you’ve learned.

 

With one foot in the realm of body trust and the other still in diet culture, some trusted friends and guides are called for right now. The work is hard and messy, and self-compassion is not always flowing freely. Despite its challenges, you now can’t “unsee” the harms dieting has caused in your life, and you’re ready to take the next steps within a safe and supportive community.  

 

P.S. This is an absolutely predictable and “normal” place to be as someone who is new to this work. It takes time and consistent practice. This program is built for you and everyone who is brave enough to step into a new way of living and relating to food and body.

Intuitive Eating 2.0 Program

What to Expect

  • This is a 6 month program.

  • Each month will feature an Intuitive Eating topic with practical exercises and application.

  • Join bi-weekly live coaching calls (90 minutes) to get support, accountability, and your questions answered.

  • Connect with us and fellow participants via an optional group messaging app for ongoing support and encouragement.

  • One time payment of $1175 or 6 payments of $235.

  • Optional 1:1 coaching calls for $60/session
