Hi, we're Kella & SJ

We’re two certified intuitive eating coaches who created this program because we saw something missing.

 

Intuitive eating is often misunderstood or turned into another “lifestyle” with rules (and another chance to feel like you’ve failed). We know this firsthand. We both struggled with food and body for years and tried multiple approaches before intuitive eating truly helped.

We also know how hard this work can feel in a diet-obsessed world. So we joined forces to create a supportive, science-informed group that helps you unlearn harmful beliefs, reconnect with yourself, and finally feel free around food and your body.

A supportive, structured group experience to help you build a calmer, more trusting relationship with food and your body.

Each week includes:

  • 1 hour of live group coaching

  • Weekly video lessons (20–40 minutes)

  • Optional handouts and curated resources (books, podcasts, and practices for deeper integration)

  • Access to a private Telegram community for support from coaches and fellow participants between sessions
