Private Coaching with Kella

Here, you will find a supportive space for women to heal their relationship with food and their bodies through intuitive eating and wellness. I created this space to help women move away from diet culture and toward a life rooted in self-trust, nourishment, and grace. Whether you're recovering from disordered eating, navigating postpartum changes, or simply looking to feel more at home in your body, my programs and resources are here to support you with compassion and evidence-based care.

Together we will work on:

  • Reconnecting with hunger, fullness, and satisfaction

  • Letting go of guilt and all-or-nothing thinking

  • Honoring your body with nourishing habits—not restriction

  • Exploring movement, boundaries, rest, and emotional self-care

  • Rebuilding confidence and a deeper sense of self-trust

Kella has a Bachelor's in Nutrition and is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Wellness Coach and Author of the workbook Wellness Defined: A guide to understanding and pursuing true wellness using the 8 Dimensions of Wellness

Private Coaching with SJ

As a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, pharmacist, and psychology graduate, I bring together professional training, a robust science background, and lived experience to help you make peace with food — for good.

In our private sessions, we’ll work together to apply the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating in a way that’s practical, compassionate, and personal to you. My goal is to help you:

  • Stop binge eating and escape the restrict–overeat cycle

  • Quiet obsessive food thoughts and constant body-checking

  • Rebuild trust with your body’s natural cues for hunger, fullness, and satisfaction

  • Understand the science of nutrition without getting stuck in rigid “food rules”

  • Learn practical, psychology-informed tools for navigating triggers and emotions around food

Together, we’ll work toward freedom from binge eating, fewer obsessive food thoughts, and a healthier, more peaceful way of relating to food and your body.
