What’s Included

A supportive, structured group experience to help you build a calmer, more trusting relationship with food and your body.

​

Each week includes:

​

  • 1 hour of live group coaching

​

  • Weekly video lessons (20–40 minutes)

​

  • Optional handouts and curated resources (books, podcasts, and practices for deeper integration)

​

  • Access to a private Telegram community for support from coaches and fellow participants between sessions

​

​

Time: 5:30 PM PST / 7:30 PM EST
Format: Live on Zoom

What Each Week Looks Like

Mondays:

​

  • New video lesson released inside the private community

  • Optional reflections and practices to explore at your own pace

​

Thursdays:

​

  • Live Zoom coaching to reflect, share, and receive support

  • Real-time guidance from both coaches and connection with others on a similar path

​

Between Sessions:

​

  • Ongoing support inside the private Telegram community to share wins, ask questions, and feel less alone

​

But the knowledge and compassion and understanding and all the laughs and even tears that this group has provided has been wonderful in so many ways.
