"I loved all the resources and podcasts. I did buy the book and the workbook. The podcasts have been extremely helpful. But the knowledge and compassion and understanding and all the laughs and even tears that this group has provided has been wonderful in so many ways. The emotional baggage that goes along with eating and working through that, the WHY. I am still working through all the steps but this one is the hardest. I want to thank Jill, Kella, and Sarah Jane for all of their incite and compassion. I feel that i am on a very good start with the I.E. journey."
