Program Details 

 

What’s Included

A supportive, structured 12 week* coaching experience to help you build a calmer, more trusting relationship with food and your body and learn how to become an Intuitive Eater.

​

*self-paced, ideally 1 concept per week. 

​

Each week includes:

​​​​

  • Weekly video lessons (20–40 minutes)

  • Assigned workbook activities

  • Optional handouts and curated resources for your individual story (books, podcasts, and practices for deeper integration)​

  • 1:1 live check-ins (20 mins) with Kella or SJ​​​​

  • Option to join the Real Life Eating Club membership for ongoing support
